ภารดี สัตตะรุจาวงษ์ เกิดปี 2522 เป็นลูกหลานชาวจีนโพ้นทะเลรุ่นที่ 3 เติบโตในกรุงเทพมหานคร สําเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขามนุษยศาสตร์ มศว ประสานมิตร และปริญญาโทสาขาบริหารธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เริ่มต้นทำงานด้านการศึกษากับบริติช เคานซิล ต่อมาเป็นครูสอนภาษาจีนในโรงเรียนอนุบาล และก่อตั้งสถาบันสอนภาษาและวัฒนธรรมจีนในปี 2551 ภารดีเป็นผู้รักการถ่ายทอดความรู้ สนใจศิลปะ วัฒนธรรม และปรัชญาตะวันออก รวมถึงหลักคิดที่เชื่อมโยงกับธรรมชาติและจักรวาล

ปี 2566 ภารดีเริ่มทำงานศิลปะในฐานะจิตรกร เพื่อสำรวจโลกภายในและถ่ายทอดความรู้สึกผ่านการเคลื่อนไหวของธาตุพื้นฐาน ผลงานที่จัดแสดงในนิทรรศการกลุ่มหลายชิ้นสะท้อนความเชื่อ ปรัชญา หลักธรรม และการบันทึกสภาวะปัจจุบัน ประสบการณ์การทำงานประสานพื้นที่ใน Thailand Biennale Chiang Rai ได้เปิดขอบเขตความสนใจให้กว้างขึ้นนำไปสู่ประเด็นสิ่งแวดล้อมภายนอก

ปัจจุบันภารดีอาศัยและทํางานที่จังหวัดเชียงราย พื้นที่ซึ่งเต็มไปด้วยความหลากหลายทางภาษา วัฒนธรรม และวิถีชีวิต เธอมุ่งมั่นที่จะศึกษา ทดลอง และพัฒนางานศิลปะในหลากหลายรูปแบบ เพื่อบันทึกเรื่องราวและความรู้สึกส่วนตัว พร้อมทั้งสะท้อนมุมมองทางความเชื่อ ปรัชญา ประวัติศาสตร์ วัฒนธรรม และเรื่องเล่าขนาดย่อยในพื้นที่ที่ยังถูกมองข้ามหรือหลงลืม

Paradee Sattarujawong (also known as Paradee Chen, 陈燕姜; born in 1979) is a Thai-Chinese artist who was born and raised in Bangkok. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities from Srinakharinwirot University, Prasarnmit Campus, and a Master’s degree in International Business Management from Thammasat University.

Her professional journey began in education with the British Council, followed by her work as a Chinese language teacher at a kindergarten. In 2008, she founded her own institute dedicated to teaching Chinese language and culture. A passionate educator at heart, Paradee has long been deeply interested in art, culture, and Eastern philosophy particularly in the ideas that connect human existence to nature and the cosmos.

In 2023, Paradee began her artistic practice as a painter, exploring her inner world and expressing emotions through the movement of elemental forms. Her works, several of which have been shown in group exhibitions, reflect her contemplations on faith, philosophy, Buddhist teachings, and the transience of the present moment. Her experience as a collaborator in Thailand Biennale, Chiang Rai further expanded her perspective, leading her to engage with environmental concerns and the dialogue between inner and outer worlds.

Now based in Chiang Rai Province, an area rich in linguistic, cultural, and social diversity. Paradee continues to study, experiment, and develop her art across various forms. Her works serve as personal records of stories and emotions, while also mirroring her reflections on belief systems, philosophy, history, culture, and the subtle, often overlooked narratives embedded within local communities.

陈燕姜（Paradee Sattarujawong，Paradee Chen，1979年出生）是一位泰籍华人艺术家，出生并成长于曼谷。她毕业于诗纳卡琳威洛大学巴沙南密校区人文学院，获人文学士学位，并于法政大学取得国际商务管理硕士学位。

Paradee 曾从事教育工作，任职于英国文化协会，并于2008年创办中文语言与文化教育机构。长期的教育经历使她持续关注知识、文化与人与人之间的交流，同时也逐渐深入探索艺术、东方哲学、信仰以及人与自然、宇宙之间的关系。

2023年，Paradee 开始以画家的身份进行艺术创作，通过元素形态的运动探索内在世界，并表达个人情感。她的多件作品曾参与群展，作品中体现了她对信仰、哲学、佛教教义以及当下生命状态的思考。参与清莱泰国双年展（Thailand Biennale, Chiang Rai）的跨领域与场域合作经历，也进一步拓展了她的关注范围，使她开始关注外部环境，以及内在与外在世界之间的关系。

目前，Paradee 居住并工作于清莱。这里拥有丰富多元的语言、文化与生活方式。她持续通过不同形式进行学习、实验与艺术创作，将作品作为记录个人故事与情感的方式，同时也回应她对信仰、哲学、历史、文化，以及地方社区中那些常被忽视或遗忘的细微叙事的思考。
