CHIANG RAI ART FOR EARTH 2025

The art exhibition CHIANG RAI ART FOR EARTH 2025 brought together more than 140 artworks by 111 contemporary artists from across Thailand. The exhibition explored environmental issues, climate change, and natural disasters through the perspectives and creative practices of contemporary artists. Held from 7–31 May 2025 at Chiangrai Contemporary Art Museum (CCAM), Chiang Rai, the exhibition received financial support from the Contemporary Art Promotion Fund, Office of Contemporary Art and Culture (OCAC), Ministry of Culture.

The exhibition aimed to raise awareness and understanding of environmental issues, using art as a space to communicate complex issues, offer new perspectives, and encourage viewers to reflect on the relationship between people and the environment.

นิทรรศการศิลปะ เชียงราย อาร์ต ฟอร์ เอิร์ธ 2025 รวบรวมผลงานศิลปะกว่า 140 ชิ้น จากศิลปินร่วมสมัย 111 คนทั่วประเทศ ถ่ายทอดประเด็นด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม การเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ และภัยพิบัติ ผ่านมุมมองและการสร้างสรรค์ของศิลปินร่วมสมัย จัดแสดงระหว่างวันที่ 7–31 พฤษภาคม 2568 ณ พิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะร่วมสมัยเมืองเชียงราย (CCAM) จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากกองทุนส่งเสริมศิลปะร่วมสมัย สำนักงานศิลปวัฒนธรรมร่วมสมัย (OCAC) กระทรวงวัฒนธรรม

นิทรรศการมุ่งสร้างความตระหนักและความเข้าใจต่อประเด็นด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยใช้ศิลปะเป็นพื้นที่ในการสื่อสารเรื่องราวที่ซับซ้อน เปิดมุมมองใหม่ และชวนให้ผู้ชมตระหนักถึงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมนุษย์กับโลกและสิ่งแวดล้อม

All things arise from the five elements: earth, water, air, fire, and space. When these elements fall out of balance, disturbance and conflict arise, leading to problems at the level of the cosmos, the environment, and within the human mind.

สรรพสิ่งเกิดขึ้นจากธาตุทั้ง 5 ได้แก่ ดิน น้ำ ลม ไฟ และอากาศ เมื่อธาตุทั้ง 5 ไม่สมดุล ย่อมเกิดความแปรปรวนและการปะทะ ซึ่งนำไปสู่ปัญหาทั้งในระดับจักรวาล สภาพแวดล้อม และภายในจิตใจมนุษย์
